Jason Friedman

Jason brings over a decade of experience in real estate development, asset management, and repositioning to Primex Capital. Recently he led the redevelopment of the full Park Row block in Lower Manhattan, including 25 Park Row—a 50-story luxury condominium that sold out for over $400 million and was featured in Architectural Digest, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.

Jason holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from NYU’s Schack Institute and a Bachelor’s in Business from NYU Stern.
