A 293,607 square feet Grocery anchored center located in the busy retail corridor of Williamsport PA. We negotiated a lease break with Kmart with plans to a competitor with better credit, thereby increasing the cash flow and value. We recently signed a lease with Hobby Lobby and are in negotiations with another tenant for part of the space. We were able to secure an additional PAD and negotiate a lease with a QSR and sell off to a developer.
