Greater Lewiston Plaza, a grocery-anchored shopping center was purchased through an off-market REO transaction well below replacement cost. The Property is anchored by a consistently well performing Weis supermarket and anchor credit tenants CVS Pharmacy, Dunham’s Sports, and Goodwill. After executing a lease extension with CVS and sale of the PAD, proceeds were used to pay off part of the debt. Implementation of an aggressive capital improvement program will allow us to extend the existing tenants in the center and attract new tenants to occupy the current vacancies.
