Yosef is a second generation real estate investor with diverse experience including acquisitions, development, asset management, and dispositions. Yosef formed Primex Capital Group, a privately-held real estate investment firm headquartered in New York City. Primex is focused on the acquisition, development, and management of retail, industrial, and office properties in the northeast and mid-Atlantic. Yosef is a graduate of Yeshiva University with a BA in Economics and is an MBA Candidate from Monmouth University business school.

Jason brings over a decade of experience in real estate development, asset management, and repositioning to Primex Capital. Recently he led the redevelopment of the full Park Row block in Lower Manhattan, including 25 Park Row—a 50-story luxury condominium that sold out for over $400 million and was featured in Architectural Digest, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. Jason holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from NYU’s Schack Institute and a Bachelor’s in Business from NYU Stern.

Yaakov is our newest addition to Primex. Previously a director of business development at Landmark Asset Management, Yaakov holds a BCom in accounting and finance from the University of South Africa, a certificate in the Mathematical Modelling of Derivatives and is a candidate in the CFA® program. Yaakov’s responsibilities at Primex include sourcing of equity and finance for our investments.

Asher is Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Primex Capital and is responsible for asset management of the firm’s portfolio. Prior to Primex Capital, Asher was Senior Vice President at Northpath Investments, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Brookfield Properties Retail, Director of Portfolio Management at Rouse Properties, and a Financial Analyst at Cohen Commercial Properties. Asher holds an MS in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, as well as a BA in Economics from Queens College.

Max is joining Primex with over nine years of experience at Ernst & Young across various sectors. He began in the real estate assurance group and later joined the valuation practice, managing valuations and financial modeling for multifamily, senior housing, industrial, retail, and office assets. Max has a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting from Yeshiva University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. [email protected]

Vitool recently joined the Asset Management team, bringing 20+ years of experience in real estate. He has extensive expertise overseeing the financial performance and strategic direction of both residential and commercial portfolios. Most recently, Vitool managed a multi-building asset for The LeFrak Organization in Jersey City, NJ. Vitool holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Economics from William Paterson University.
