Yosef is a second generation real estate investor with diverse experience including acquisitions, development, asset management, and dispositions. Yosef formed Primex Capital Group, a privately-held real estate investment firm headquartered in New York City. Primex is focused on the acquisition, development, and management of retail, industrial, and office properties in the northeast and mid-Atlantic. Yosef is a graduate of Yeshiva University with a BA in Economics and is an MBA Candidate from Monmouth University business school.

Gershon has over 20 years of real estate experience and has purchased and managed more than 500 properties , primarily located in Northeast & New York metropolitan markets. Gershon’s traditional focus has been on ground up development and value-add transactions, and has the experience to navigate through complicated transactions that have significant leasing, environmental, and entitlement risk. Gershon is responsible for overseeing the firm’s acquisitions.

Geoff has 15 years of real estate investment experience and during the course of his career has been involved in over $1.5 billion of real estate transactions. Prior to Primex, he was a Managing Director at Crescendo Real Estate Partners, Senior Associate at Structure Tone Equities, and an Associate at ARC Global Partners. Geoff holds a BS in Finance from Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business. Geoff is Director of Asset Management at Primex and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operations and asset management.

Justin is responsible for asset management of the firm’s investments. Formerly a Director of Portfolio Management at Brookfield Properties Retail, Manager at Brixmor, and an Associate at American Appraisal. Justin holds an MS in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, as well as a BA in Economics from Binghamton University.

Yaakov is our newest addition to Primex. Previously a director of business development at Landmark Asset Management, Yaakov holds a BCom in accounting and finance from the University of South Africa, a certificate in the Mathematical Modelling of Derivatives and is a candidate in the CFA® program. Yaakov’s responsibilities at Primex include sourcing of equity and finance for our investments.

Aharon is an internationally certified Accountant with a broad range of experience including accounting for property investment and development companies. At Primex, Aharon oversees all financial aspects of our operations and assists investors with their tax queries and planning related to their investments.
